<p>Today was abs and legs. However after this weeks random peak of running for not doing it for a while I decided to add an additional beneficial yoga. </p>
<p>I decided to do this “Core Challenege” because I recently done it. I know it will challenge me and I can complete it. It doesn’t really do much if you don’t do it about three times. Then I followed up with the “Sexy Leg Workout” which I have also done before it was amazing. I could feel it throughout my legs. I followed up with this hip opening yoga pose because of my hips feeling restrained after running. </p>
<p>Tomorrows morning run should be really beneficial.
